Questions people ask
Can you talk to Centrelink for me?
Yes, if you give permission. We can sit with you while you call, call together on speakerphone, or help you set up someone you trust to deal with Centrelink for you.
Centrelink says I owe money. What do I do?
Don’t ignore the letter. Bring it in. Debts can be wrong, and you have the right to ask for a review. If the debt is right, we can help you set up repayments you can afford.
I don’t have a myGov account. Is that a problem?
No. We can help you set one up, or help you deal with Centrelink without one.
Not sure? Just come in.
Tell us what’s going on, in your own words. If it’s more than one thing, that’s normal. We’ll work it out together.
