Your first visit

What happens when you come in

Lots of people who come in have never asked for help before. Here’s what to expect, so there are no surprises.

  1. At the door

    Come straight in

    The entrance is step-free.

  2. At the front desk

    Say hello

Give a first name (it can be any name) and roughly what you need help with. There are no forms to start.

  3. While you wait

    Have a seat

Take a seat. Kids are welcome.

  4. In a private room

    Talk it through

You talk with one of our team. Together you work out what’s most urgent and what to do first.

  5. Before you leave

    Know what’s next

You’ll know what happens next and who to ask for. If you’d like a mentor, we’ll start that too.
